Comments
Caption, "Mount Patteh from Bangadeh"; domestic scene by riverside, conical thatched houses, canoes on river, woman with mortar and pestle, other household utensils. Neither Mt. Patteh nor Bangadeh could be precisely identified, but both were probably in central Nigeria, not far from the Niger-Benue confluence.
